More for the Bored

I often find my selves in the situation where I just stare at the screen trying to find out what to do. What should I search for; to pseudo quote a Microsoft commercial "Where do I want to go today?" How should I know this? Maybe through a couple of eons of evolution our sub-consciousness would know the answer, and show the way. (...End of ramblings...)
